ROUNDO Section Bending Machine – R Series

The R Series from ROUNDO® is an extremely well-designed section bending machine that can operate perfectly well thanks to its heavily dimensioned frame, shaft diameters, bearing sizes, high drive torque and rotation speed. There are currently available more than 20 different standard sizes, covering section modulus range from 0.85 to 1220 in3 (14 to 20.000 cm3).

The largest models are optimized for bending beams the hard-way. Both lower rolls are independently, hydraulically adjustable providing maximum versatility as well as the ability to pre-bend both ends. The hydraulic guide rolls are adjustable in all three directions which allows additional versatility.

The R series boasts independent control over each individual axis, ensuring optimum bending capacity at any speed, thanks to its advanced hydraulic system and noise-reducing components. More control and simplified profiles or tubes loading.

Additionally, the low working height eliminates the need for costly pits, providing operators with even greater ergonomic benefits. For even greater precision a user-friendly control concept, the wCNC4, is provided as standard.

All ROUNDO® section bending machines offer:

• Three-roll drive to minimize the risk of slipping.
